Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Head to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth for our semiconductor services portfolio. With over 15 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the silicon lifecycle—from RTL design and physical design to verification and post-silicon services. You will be responsible for scaling our footprint across Tier-1 semiconductor companies, IDMs, and fabless start-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales strategy to expand our market share in semiconductor engineering services (Turnkey and T&M models).
- Drive business growth with existing accounts through strategic account management
- Take full accountability for regional sales targets, P&L management, and high-margin business acquisition.
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with global semiconductor giants and emerging players in the Bangalore ecosystem.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing sales and account management team, fostering a culture of excellence and technical consultative selling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to align our service offerings with client roadmaps.
- Partner with the Delivery and Engineering heads to ensure resource availability and technical feasibility for large-scale service contracts.
Skills & Requirements:
- 15+ years in Sales/Business Development, with at least 8–10 years specifically within the Semiconductor Services domain.
- Strong understanding of VLSI design flows, Embedded Software, and the global semiconductor supply chain.
- Proven ability to leverage a robust portfolio of industry contacts to accelerate business development and secure high-level introductions within Tier-1 semiconductor firms.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar service contracts and managing complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities; cross-functional leadership experience is a plus
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and a goal-oriented, results-driven mindset
