Compensation:

$90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed throughout their journey.
  • Contribute to our overall sales strategy by helping shape clear goals, priorities, and focus areas for the team.
  • Support the sales team in hitting their targets by assisting with individual sales plans, providing coaching and feedback, and helping allocate leads and territories.
  • Help drive firm growth by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing referral sources, and partnering on lead-generation initiatives with marketing and operations.
  • Track key sales metrics and prepare simple, clear reports that highlight progress, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • BA/BS in Business or relevant major 
  • 5+ years leading sales teams in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage a 15%–30% lead-to-retainer conversion rate
  • Track record of maintaining an 80%+ "show-up" rate for scheduled legal consultations

Preferred:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong grasp of Family Immigration and the "Trust-First" sales model
  • Legal background or JD
  • MBA
