DHL Express Finland is looking for a Head of Sales to join us on our continuous path of success. As the Head of Sales you will be part of the Senior Management Team and report to the country manager.
In the role of Head of Sales, you are ultimately responsible for the company's revenue and commercial growth as well as the exciting challenge to build and develop customer relationships at all levels. Our Sales department includes approximately 30 Certified International Specialists covering; Key Account, Field Sales, Tele Sales and supporting departments; who all need to be engaged and motivated through your active and coaching leadership. In addition to interacting closely with the sales management team and key customers the role requires active cross-functional cooperation locally and with the European sales organization.
