Position: Sales Head – Water Treatment Chemicals

Experience: 15–30 years

Location: Preferably Chennai/Mumbai/Delhi ; open to Pan-India candidates


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage techno-commercial sales and marketing activities for Water Treatment chemicals.
  • Drive new product development , including market assessment, customer trials, and commercialization.
  • Plan, execute, and review sales performance and operational effectiveness in line with business objectives.
  • Manage the consultants, key clients, and strategic partners .
  • Oversee credit evaluation and inventory/stock planning .
  • Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination with production, R&D, supply chain, and finance teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and market expansion plans .
  • Represent the organization through frequent international travel , participation in global exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums .
