Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior security role, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment. Background in law enforcement, military, or private security is an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and access controls. About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Head of Security / Security Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our company’s security operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security strategies to protect personnel, assets, and property, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.

Lead and supervise all security personnel, ensuring high performance and discipline.

Monitor surveillance systems and ensure physical security of all facilities.

Conduct risk assessments and security audits across all company locations.

Investigate security breaches, incidents, and other irregularities.

Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other external agencies.

Coordinate training for staff on security awareness and emergency response.

Manage access control systems and maintain visitor management protocols.

Prepare and submit periodic reports on security operations and incidents.
