Senior SEO Delivery Leader (Enterprise | US Market)
Location / Time Zone: Eastern Time (US) – 5 PM to 2 AM IST

Over the last five years, Pepper has built:
- A network of 150,000+ content creators, working with the top 5% talent
- A customer base of 2,500+ global brands, including large enterprises and fast-scaling B2 B companies
- A Saa S-enabled content marketing platform that powers content creation, workflow orchestration, and distribution at scale
Now, we’re extending this foundation to build a modern enterprise SEO growth engine—one that goes far beyond keywords and blog production. This role sits at the heart of that evolution.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior SEO Delivery Leader to lead enterprise SEO programs for US-based customers, while helping Pepper build a fundamentally different SEO model:
- Less manual execution, more systems and automation
- Less “SEO as a service,” more SEO as a growth engine
- Less reactive delivery, more predictable, scalable outcomes
You’ll work with large enterprise portfolios, shape how SEO is delivered at scale, and partner closely with product, data, and AI teams to operationalize SEO through technology.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands how SEO really drives revenue—and wants to build the future of it.
What You’ll Do at Pepper
1. Own Enterprise SEO Delivery (US Market)
- Lead end-to-end SEO delivery for large, complex enterprise clients (multiple brands, domains, and markets).
- Act as the senior-most SEO owner for your portfolio—responsible for outcomes, not just execution.
- Ensure delivery quality that meets US enterprise expectations across strategy, communication, reporting, and impact.
2. Build a Tech-Led SEO Growth Engine
- Partner with Pepper’s product, automation, and AI teams to:
- Productize SEO workflows
- Reduce manual execution through automation
- Scale content + SEO decisions using data and intelligence
- Help define how AI-assisted content, SEO insights, and workflow orchestration are embedded into delivery.
- Turn SEO from a service into a repeatable, scalable system.
3. Strategic SEO Leadership
- Design enterprise-grade SEO strategies tied directly to business KPIs: pipeline, revenue, demand capture, and brand authority.
- Oversee:
- Technical SEO at scale (indexation, architecture, Core Web Vitals, migrations)
- Content-led SEO programs across categories and funnels
- Programmatic and long-tail SEO strategies where relevant
- Push beyond traffic metrics into commercial and revenue impact.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Be the trusted SEO advisor for senior client stakeholders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth).
- Lead QBRs, annual planning, and long-term SEO roadmaps.
- Translate complex SEO concepts into clear business narratives.
5. Team & Delivery Excellence
- Lead and mentor senior SEO managers, strategists, and specialists.
- Build delivery frameworks, QA standards, and playbooks to ensure consistency across enterprise accounts.
- Balance onshore/offshore collaboration while maintaining premium delivery standards.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 10–14+ years of SEO experience, with significant exposure to enterprise and B2 B SEO
- 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role at a B2 B agency, Saa S company, or enterprise in-house team
- Proven experience managing large SEO portfolios with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of:
- Technical SEO at enterprise scale
- Content-led and programmatic SEO
- SEO measurement tied to business outcomes
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like:
- GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog, Clearscope (or similar)
- Workflow, reporting, and automation tools
