This is a key executive role with full P&L responsibility , combining strategic leadership, commercial excellence, and operational oversight. The position will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth, strengthening market positioning, and leading the full integration of ETANCO into one unified SFS organization in Iberia. The Head of SFS Group Iberia holds full strategic, commercial, financial, and operational responsibility for SFS activities in Spain and Portugal. The role focuses on achieving sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and the successful integration of Etanco into one unified SFS organization.
Strong, inspiring leadership is required to drive performance, develop the local leadership team, and strengthen the SFS culture across the region.
