A leading outsourcing and shared services provider is hiring for a role to oversee end-to-end performance and governance of operations. The successful candidate will manage Finance, HR, and Business Development while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance. They should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in shared services or operations. The position is based in Taguig but the company is relocating to Vertis North in Quezon City.
