We are seeking an experienced Head of Software Engineering to lead engineering for a fast-growing, innovative technology company building agentic AI–driven SaaS platforms . This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for scaling teams, shaping engineering culture, and driving the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable products.

You will work closely with product, AI, and leadership teams to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready platforms used by enterprise clients.
