Summary & Ideal Candidate’s Profile:

The ideal candidate for the VP – Solution Architecture position possesses a master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a highly respected institution (exceptional Bachelor's degree holders from premium institutes may be considered). They should have at least 15 years of leadership experience designing and managing complex cloud architectures, ideally with successful legacy-to-cloud migrations. Deep expertise in architecting distributed systems (microservices, APIs, containerization) and data platforms (RDBMS, big data, AI/ML) is essential, coupled with a security-first mindset. Proven success in leading technical teams of architects, data modelers and solution designers on large-scale transformation projects is imperative. BFSI domain experience is highly valued.
