  • Oversee the daily operations of finance teams including R2R, O2C and PTP cross multiple locations
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards (IFRS and relevant local GAAP)
  • Establish performance KPIs, ensure service delivery excellence, and drive continuous improvement
  • Implement and scale RPA and other digital tools across the SSC
  • Manage a shift from entity-driven model to end-to-end, process-oriented structures
  • Lead the SAP transition from multiple systems to a unified platform, ensuring process alignment and minimal disruption
  • Review and optimize all existing financial processes, aiming for automation, and efficiency
  • Drive a culture of ownership, adaptability, and continuous growth
