Head – Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
About the Role
We are looking for a business-first leader to build and scale strategic partnerships. This role goes beyond pure BD, it is aboutnunlocking growth, reducing execution risk, enabling financing, and creating long-term revenue engines through alliances.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, build, and scale high-impact partnerships with:Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Channel partners, Operators (schools,hospitals, co-living, commercial tenants)
● Act as the single owner for partner lifecycle: onboarding → activation → scale
● Drive alliances that solve liquidity and funding challenges in construction projects
● Ensure predictable lead flow and revenue contribution via partners
● Own partnership-driven pipeline, conversion, and revenue
● Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and Ops teams to institutionalise partnerships
● Partner with founders / CXOs on growth strategy
● Represent the company in senior external forums
● Build scalable systems, not dependency on individuals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 3–8+ years of experience in:
Real Estate / Construction / Infra / PropTech &
Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, Corporate Development, or BD leadership
● Ability to negotiate complex commercial structures
● Experience working with CXOs, founders, or board-level stakeholders
● Experience scaling partnerships in zero-to-one or growth-stage environments
● Strong business judgment, not just relationship management
