**Job description**
- Develop and execute overall supply chain strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Direct purchasing activities with coordination of central purchasing.
- Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and ensure adherence to on time delivery commitments.
- Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) to balance demand, workload, and capacity.
- Implement effective strategies to optimize inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess.
- Lead warehouse operations and inventory control, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Logistics operations by ensuring smooth inbound & outbound material flows, minimizing lead time, and optimizing cost.
- Customs & Trade Compliance Management by ensuring all import/export operations comply with national and international regulations.
- Sales Administration & Order Management from receipt to delivery.
- Support medium-term and long-term planning (MTP) for load, capacity, and volume evolution.
- Drive cross functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, and finance teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and ensure adherence to financial targets
- Ensure compliance with internal controls,, audit requirements, and safety standards.
- Lead Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement initiatives by strengthening digital tools, ERP usage, and automation within supply chain processes.
**Candidate skills & requirements**
- Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in MPS, MRP, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
