We are looking for a Head of Support Technical Services who is strategic, people‑focused, and solution‑oriented to join our team based at our UCB campus located in Braine‑l’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role

In this role, you are going to lead the Technical Support organisation, a transversal team supporting all Belgium Technical Services activities across the Braine campus, Leuven, and HQ. You will oversee six key workstreams—from physical asset management to compliance, laboratory equipment oversight, technical warehouse management, periodic inspections expertise, and GMP periodic controls—ensuring operational excellence, technical robustness, and regulatory compliance across all Belgian sites.
