Job Purpose
The Head – Talent Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and driving the organization’s talent strategy to ensure a robust leadership pipeline, high employee performance, and long-term workforce sustainability aligned with business objectives.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:
Develop and execute an integrated talent management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs.
Drive strategic workforce and succession planning initiatives.
Performance Management:
Design and manage the performance management framework, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
