HEAD OF TALENT - PERMANENT - UP TO £85k + 10-20% BONUS - NORTHAMPTON - ONSITE

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a long-standing client who are looking for a permanent Head of Talent to join their team offering up to £85k + 10-20% bonus! You will take the lead in building a powerful, in-house recruitment engine and act as a strategic partner across the business. You'll drive top-tier hiring and influence their talent strategy at every stage as they continue to grow at pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing the recruitment cycle for vacancies across the business.
  • Directly sourcing candidates for a range of positions, from executive level hires to junior graduate trainees.
  • Lead the existing Graduate Recruitment programme.
