Job Title: Head of Technical & Scientific Solutions, APeC 

Position Summary
The Head of Technical & Scientific Solutions (TSS) for the Asia-Pacific excluding China (APeC) region will report to the Head of Commercial Process Solutions. This role will lead a dynamic team of engineers and scientists to ensure robust operations in clinical and commercial-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing, utilizing Millipore Sigma's and company's best-in-class products, technologies, and processing systems, including M Labs within the region. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively address customer needs, including technical inquiries and product quality complaints, in a timely manner. Additionally, they will develop and implement strategies to differentiate against competitors, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.
