As Head of Technology, you will lead strategic technology initiatives and digital innovation and build
scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with customer and market needs.


This strategic role combines technology leadership with hands-on architectural expertise to deliver
scalable, future-ready solutions. You will play a critical role in building technical capabilities,
accelerating go-to-market strategies, and positioning the company as a technology-led partner for
Saviant’s clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy & Innovation

    Define technology roadmap, build core technical capabilities, and drive adoption of the latest digital
    technologies and modern engineering practices that deliver with speed and quality. Launch various
    AI, cloud, or IP-led offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Scalable Architecture & Engineering Excellence

    Establish the latest, scalable software architecture and development standards across all projects.
    Guide tech stack decisions, embed DevOps, automation, and cloud principles to ensure delivery
    consistency, speed, and quality. Through continuous integration of client feedback, performance
    data, and industry benchmarks, you will refine delivery frameworks to drive measurable impact and
    customer success.
  • GTM Acceleration & Market Positioning

    Lead the development of IP, whitepapers, and thought leadership that elevate Saviant’s brand
    authority and open new revenue streams.

    • What You Bring to the Role

  • Any Engineering degree from a reputed institute with 12+ years of experience with 3+ years in
    leading technology strategy in IT services company
  • Strong expertise in architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and modern software engineering
    practices using the Microsoft Technologies
  • Understanding of launching new technology-led offerings and driving revenue impact
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working cross-functionally with
    business, delivery, and customer teams

  • In the past 3 years, you have led technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced,
    mid-sized IT services or consulting environment.
  • You have successfully launched multiple technology-led offerings, IPs, or platforms that
    enhanced customer experience and accelerated revenue growth.
  • You are currently responsible for establishing and scaling high-quality engineering practices
    across teams.
