This strategic leadership role is responsible for setting the QA vision, driving automation-led testing strategies, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions for our clients.

The Head of Testing works closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to embed quality across the software development lifecycle while fostering a culture rooted in Leadership, Excellence, and Innovation, and aligned with Pointwest’s values of Agility, Accountability, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity.
