About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on, and results‑driven Head of US Recruitment to lead and scale our US hiring operations. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, sales‑focused environment. You will own full‑cycle recruitment across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and specialized positions, and build a high‑performing, aggressive recruiting team capable of delivering speed, quality, and measurable impact.
This is not a theoretical role—you must have real, hands‑on experience running end‑to‑end US recruitment, designing ATS workflows, setting KPIs, and hitting ambitious targets in a competitive market.
