Head of User Growth & Monetization

We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to drive user growth, supply growth, and monetization for OLX India. This role will own the end-to-end growth funnel across key categories and cities, with a strong focus on scaling demand and supply in a two-sided marketplace. You will lead acquisition and retention performance marketing, SEO, experimentation, and growth initiatives to accelerate adoption, engagement, and revenue at scale.

What you will do:

• Own and execute the growth strategy across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization for both buyers and sellers
• Lead large-scale performance marketing across Google, Meta, app install networks, affiliates, and other relevant channels
