Head of Vessel Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Vessel Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of asset and vessel management, with a focus on the full lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. This role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, managing budgets and KPIs, and supporting commercial readiness.

The Head of Vessel Management will also be tasked with developing a high-performing team and championing continuous improvement across global operations. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 20 years' of working experience in the offshore oil and gas, marine, and energy sector, and hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, naval architecture, marine, or a related field. A strong track record in asset management and vessel operations, particularly with dynamic positioning vessels, is essential.
