Role Summary

The Head – O&M will own and lead all Operations & Maintenance contracts across the Navin Group, including CFS, ICD, port, and logistics infrastructure operations .

This role carries end-to-end P&L responsibility for all O&M contracts and is accountable for contract development, execution, governance, profitability, and scalability .

The role requires a strong blend of:

• Contract execution & control , and
• Operational leadership across complex, manpower-intensive sites
