Role Summary
The Head – O&M will own and lead all Operations & Maintenance contracts across the Navin Group, including CFS, ICD, port, and logistics infrastructure operations.
This role carries end-to-end P&L responsibility for all O&M contracts and is accountable for contract development, execution, governance, profitability, and scalability.
The role requires a strong blend of:
- Contract execution & control, and
- Operational leadership across complex, manpower-intensive sites
Deep CFS/ICD/port exposure is preferred; however, exceptional contract-driven leaders with proven multi-site O&M control will also be considered.
