  • Lead and manage the operations and maintenance team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the performance of managed services, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and optimize the functionality of equipment and systems within the electronics industry.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all operations.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Head O&M - Managed Services should have:

  • A degree in Electrical/Power engineering or a related field
  • Proven expertise in operations and maintenance within the power and infra industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive approach to driving operational improvements.
