    Job Description

    Reporting to the COO, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing and operations for the Actuator Division across different plants.
  • Translate business growth targets into robust operational and capacity execution plans.
  • Oversee assembly, testing, dispatch, maintenance, supply chain coordination, and industrial engineering.
  • Drive productivity, quality, OEE improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and ISO 80079 standards.
  • Lead TPM implementation to ensure 97%+ equipment uptime.
  • Reconfigure shopfloor layouts to improve flow, ergonomics, and space utilization.
  • Institutionalize Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, and visual management practices.
  • Evaluate and deploy Industry , automation, and smart manufacturing solutions.
  • Lead performance reviews, publish dashboards, and drive cross-functional governance.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Operations.
  • Brings 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with strong operational excellence exposure.
  • Deep understanding of machining processes (CNC turning, VMC, HMC, grinding, honing).
  • Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong people leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive accountability.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
  • Exposure to project execution environments and Industry preferred.
