Job Summary
The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of ELV/AV projects (Security, ICT, AV, BMS interfaces, Low-Current Systems), ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and client satisfaction, while driving operational excellence and profitability.
Key Accountabilities- Oversee planning, execution, and closure of all projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and per scope.
- Approve project schedules, methodologies, and delivery plans.
- Resolve escalated technical, resource, and site issues.
- Own project cost control, margin protection, and cash flow.
- Review budget vs actual cost, cost-to-complete, and forecasts revenue with PM’s.
- Identify and mitigate cost overruns, variations, and commercial risks.
- Support invoicing, claims, and variation approvals.
- Plan and optimize manpower, subcontractors, and technical resources.
