Responsibilities

• Develop SME Banca & Group Transaction Strategy: Formulate and execute the overall partnership with SME & GTB strategy, aligning it with the company's goals, sales targets, and market needs.
• Business Plan Creation: Develop comprehensive business plans for expanding and enhancing SME partnership with CBBC and GTB to build relationship including cross selling and referrals
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, opportunities, and competitors within the new and existing SME Banca & GTB customers
• Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets for SME Banca partnership with CBBC centers nationwide, ensuring meeting or exceeding sales target
• Track Performance: Monitor sales, productivity, and profitability metrics for the CBBC, using data analytics to assess performance and identify improvement areas
