Head Payment Operations

Our Client, a well-established Foreign Bank in Malaysia is seeking a person experienced in payments operations processing & support to lead their dynamic Payment Operations division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading theoperations and processing support for the various products under the payments operations of thebank.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide back-office support for Payment Operations products (e.g., Cash Management, Remittances, Loans, Fixed Term Deposits) for the bank.
• Monitor, authorize, and ensure timely processing of eSPICK (incoming/outgoing) transactions.

Share relevant updates and instructions with staff.

• Liaise with PAYNET/BNM on RENTAS, eSPICK, and other domestic payment issues.

Participate and coordinate internal and BNM system UAT/tests.

Handle customer/correspondent complaints and take necessary action.
