About the Job
The Head PMS Operations will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and AIF structures, ensuring accurate NAV computation, fund accounting, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands strong operational control, process automation capabilities, and high accuracy in MIS and reporting, supporting scalable growth of PMS operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely NAV calculation and verification for PMS and AIF portfolios
- Oversee fund accounting operations, including corporate actions, capital activities, reconciliations, and outsourced FA processes
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI PMS/AIF regulations and applicable statutory requirements
- Coordinate with concurrent, internal, and statutory auditors for NAV verification and audit closures
