Job Description
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the captive power plant to ensure optimal performance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Monitor and analyse plant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and training as required. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the power plant with manufacturing processes. Prepare and manage the budget for the power plant operations. Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (Master's preferred).
25+ years of overall experience, including:
10+ years in power plant operations and maintenance. 5+ years in a senior leadership role within power plant management. Strong knowledge of boilers, turbines, generators, and related equipment. Proven track record in operational excellence and team leadership. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices. Exposure of Power Plant Project Must have worked in CFBC, AFBC, WHRB (Boilers) and Steam Turbines Must be BOE Certified
