JOB DETAILS

1) The overall responsibility of the Head of Primary School is to assist the principal in the management of the school.
2) This role will assume responsibility for all aspects of primary school (consisting of about 1600 students), including curriculum design, parent communications and relations, academic outcomes and staff management

3) The Head of Primary School shall report to the Principal and Board of Management

4) Assist the Principal in developing a school environment which is supportive of learning and high achievement among the students.

5) Assist the Principal in co-ordinating the school plan and policies for approval by the Board of Management.

6) 10+ years of experience in leading a large primary/elementary school

7) Excellent organizational and communication skills

8) Strong leadership skills. Attitude of ‘leading by example’
