Job Summary:

The Head – Procurement Intelligence will spearhead the development and execution of procurement analytics, supplier market intelligence, and cost optimization frameworks to support strategic sourcing and business growth. This role demands a strong understanding of procurement processes, category management, and analytics-driven insights to enhance decision-making, drive value creation, and ensure supplier performance excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build intelligence capabilities, and transform procurement into a strategic business enabler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Procurement Intelligence function, focusing on data-driven insights, market analysis, and category benchmarking.

  • Develop supplier intelligence frameworks to assess risks, market trends, and cost drivers.

  • Collaborate with sourcing and category teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategic sourcing initiatives.

  • Build dashboards and reports to visualize procurement KPIs and performance analytics.

  • Manage external data partners and tools for market intelligence and competitive benchmarking.

  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for make/buy decisions, supplier diversification, and spend optimization.

  • Lead a small team of analysts to build predictive analytics models supporting procurement strategy.
