Head - Procurement

The Head of Procurement will lead the overall procurement strategy for HNG, ensuring cost efficiency, supply security, and risk mitigation across all units. The role will manage strategic sourcing, category management, CAPEX procurement, supplier development, and logistics procurement while strengthening governance and digital/e-procurement processes. The position will work closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, and R&D to deliver cost savings, uninterrupted supply, sustainability goals, and annual business targets.

Requirements: Graduate in Engineering / Business / Supply Chain (MBA preferred) with strong experience in strategic sourcing, CAPEX procurement, vendor negotiations, and leading procurement teams.
