Head Procurement

Job Description

1. Working with the various Heads of functions, lead and develop a global procurement strategy, ensuring complete alignment to the commercial and regulatory business needs, and the business expansion plans and the overall Company strategy.

2. Develop the appropriate set of KPIs / metrices that enable the contribution of the businesses to be effectively evaluated and improved.

Develop and support the implementation of the policies and processes that underpin and reinforce the key strategic requirements and Company's quality and continuous improvement principles and ensure compliance to national employment laws & health, safety and security requirements, depending on the geographical coverage of the Company.

2. Ensure processes and procedures are conducted and performed in line with service levels agreements and business needs in an efficient, optimised and in a cost-effective fashion.
