Role: Senior Position Product Manager

Location: Dubai

Future Path: Head of Product

Our client is building the best education product in the world — a global system that matches the standards of organizations like the UN, Google, and OpenAI. The long-term mission is to enable 1 million people to be hired from the client , redefining how ambitious young talent learns and grows.

Ideal Profile:

• Experience: 6+ years in Product Management
• Background:
• Strong B2C product experience preferred; open to B2B
• Proven 0→1 product journey experience
• Currently or previously part of a larger tech company (e.g., Uber, Twitter, etc.)
• Ex-founder background is a plus

• Attributes:
• Self-learner with deep curiosity about education and human potential
• Experience hiring and evaluating talent
• Strong understanding of building and scaling impactful products
• Has led or collaborated with engineering and design teams (current team size: ~20)
• Has grown quickly in past roles

Evaluation Focus:

• Depth in building 2–3 meaningful products/features
• How they evaluate and hire product talent
• Key mistakes/lessons from past journeys
• Demonstrated learning mindset
