Responsibilities

The Head of Programme Management will lead the execution of the Trinity Programme — Maybank’s strategic initiative to transform customer onboarding, data management, and compliance capabilities across the region. This role is pivotal in delivering a future-ready solution towards a long term strategy.

The role requires a seasoned leader with strong programme delivery experience, proven stakeholder management skills, deep knowledge of financial services, and the passion to drive transformation through technology, data, and process excellence.

Programme Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Trinity’s multi-year roadmap
• Establish and govern programme management frameworks, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timeline, and quality
