1. Role : Projects Controls Head (JD Attached)

As the Head of Project Controls, you are a strategic leader responsible for overseeing organization’s project control processes.

Your role is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Developing and implementing project control strategies, processes, and procedures and monitoring their effectiveness. You oversee managing project schedules, budgets, and cost management and identifying and mitigating project risks. Additionally, you lead a team of project controls professionals and provide them with guidance, mentorship, and training.

Build healthy working relationship with global project delivery offices spread across India.

Provides pro-active cost, schedule, and risk management support to India Project Delivery organization to ascertain project health and driving successful on-time and within budget execution of projects, both, domestic and international projects.

Technical leadership and continuous improvement of schedule, cost, risk, and change management functions.

The Head of Project Controls must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. They should have a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools and a strong background in risk analysis, cost engineering, and scheduling. Being highly organised and detail-oriented, they can prioritise tasks, manage budgets and resources and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Exp Range  : 18 – 24 Yrs

Education :  Min BE/ B.Tech full time in any discipline

Location  : Hyderabad

Must have  : Lead a team of Planners & cost controllers

Pref Industry  : EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, Semicon etc
