Role Overview
The Airtel Africa Digital Labs (AADL) fosters a dynamic, engineering-led work environment where contributions are recognized immediately. All AADL teams participate fully in every phase of the development and project deployment lifecycle.
· Lead a team of over 10 Project Managers.
· Manage end-to-end delivery of new platforms and products, including feature enhancement for deployed solutions.
· Resolve obstacles hindering progress within engineering teams.
· Represent AADL as the engineering leader and technical expert in engagements with leadership across 14 OpCos and group executives.
