General Responsibilities
Ø Creates and maintain a record of all the drawings with the date and revision numbers.
Ø Custodian of all the contracts signed by the company across all project contractors and vendors.
Ø Responsible for generating MIS reports for the management on cost / Sqft of all major functions and activities.
Ø Maintain a clear flow of payments made and is a port of the certification team that evaluates all payments and keeps the management updated on any variations on cost / sqft.
