Resource Planning & Allocation

  • Develop and maintain a centralized resource management system for wind and solar energy projects.
  • Align resource planning with project schedules, budgets, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal resource utilization.

    • Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of resource planners, site coordinators, and logistics personnel.
  • Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and workforce development aligned with Suzlon?s sustainability values.

    • Project Coordination

  • Work closely with Project Heads, Site Managers, and Engineering teams to forecast and fulfill resource needs.
  • Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of resources across multiple project sites.

    • Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report resource utilization, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve resource planning and reduce project delays.
