Job Description
We are looking for a senior, globally experienced commercial leader to head our international sales and marketing function for heat exchangers, serving critical air-conditioning and refrigeration applications.
This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for global sales and marketing strategy, domestic and international market expansion, key customer development, and sustained revenue growth. The role works closely with manufacturing, R&D, and operations teams to align market demand with capacity expansion, localisation, and long-term technology road-mapping across multiple geographies.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of engineering understanding, international B2B commercial leadership, and entrepreneurial drive, with a proven track record of building and scaling global businesses within multinational or export-oriented manufacturing environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the global sales and marketing strategy for the Heat Exchanger Division (air-conditioning and refrigeration applications).
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimisation.
- Build and scale international markets across OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators.
- Develop and manage key global accounts, strategic partnerships, and long-term supply agreements.
- Position the organisation as a preferred global heat exchanger partner through value-based and technically differentiated selling.
- Partner with manufacturing and R&D teams to support capacity expansion, localisation, backward integration, and automation.
- Engage with the Chairman and Board on business plans, performance reviews, and growth strategies.
- Represent the organisation at global industry forums, OEM leadership meetings, and strategic negotiations.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Thermal, Automotive, Industrial, or related).
- Postgraduate qualification in Management or International Business preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in heat exchangers, HVAC, refrigeration, or thermal systems.
- Strong global exposure, with hands-on experience in multinational or export-driven organisations engaged in HVAC heat exchanger manufacturing.
- Proven success in building international B2B markets and scaling businesses.
- High credibility with CXO leadership, OEM customers, and Boards.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and international markets.
