    A successful Head- Strategy should have:

  • Experience: 10+ years in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or investor relations, with a proven track record in M&A and capital markets.

  • Leadership: Ability to influence at Board and investor levels; proven executive presence.
  • Skills: Exceptional financial acumen, communication skills, and market storytelling ability.
  • Education: MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
