Qualifications
Must have at least a Master’s degree in Education, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
A Doctorate degree is a plus , especially in student development, educational leadership, or counseling.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in student services, student affairs, or student development programs in a higher education setting.
Preferably with experience in managing student welfare, discipline, leadership development, and co-curricular programs.
Knowledge of CHED guidelines on student affairs, student rights and welfare policies, and co-curricular program standards.
Proficient in policy implementation, documentation, and preparation of reports related to student affairs.
