Role Description
We are looking for a high-energy Head of Talent Acquisition who will take complete ownership of driving and enabling the Frontline Sales hirings . This role is for a builder—someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and has successfully scaled teams and systems in high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and energize the frontline sales hiring team to deliver results under tight deadlines
- Build future-ready talent pipelines , not just fill open roles
- Drive hiring strategy aligned with business growth and transformation goals
- Design and implement scalable TA systems, processes, and performance metrics
- Partner closely with leadership on strategic workforce planning
- Travel extensively as required to support business and hiring needs
Must-Have Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing TA in scale-ups / high-growth organizations
- Strong execution capability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
- High ownership mindset with the ability to take independent decisions
- Willingness to travel extensively pan India.
- Strong business orientation—understands how talent drives revenue and growth
