Role Description

We are looking for a high-energy Head of Talent Acquisition who will take complete ownership of driving and enabling the Frontline Sales hirings . This role is for a builder—someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and has successfully scaled teams and systems in high-growth environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and energize the frontline sales hiring team to deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Build future-ready talent pipelines , not just fill open roles
  • Drive hiring strategy aligned with business growth and transformation goals
  • Design and implement scalable TA systems, processes, and performance metrics
  • Partner closely with leadership on strategic workforce planning
  • Travel extensively as required to support business and hiring needs


Must-Have Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing TA in scale-ups / high-growth organizations
  • Strong execution capability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to take independent decisions
  • Willingness to travel extensively pan India.
  • Strong business orientation—understands how talent drives revenue and growth
