Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function for Corporate Sector , be responsible for recruitment of LC/PC(VP) and below ensuring quality of hire , documentation as per practice, governance and SLA
- To bring best global practices from the market
- Continuous improvement in hiring processes including Social Media hiring
- Introduction of new psychometric assesments at all levels
- Adherence and saving w.r.t. AOP
- Lead as a HR BP for Strategic Finance Function or any other Functions.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA in Human Resource
- Additional Qualification / Certification in TA preferred.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 12 to 16 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years experience in TA Specialist role of a large conglomerate.
- For internal candidates having cross functional experience of around 10 years with exposure of GMR group hiring processes
