Job Description

JOB PURPOSE



  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function for Corporate Sector , be responsible for recruitment of  LC/PC(VP) and below ensuring quality of hire , documentation as per practice, governance and SLA

  • To bring best global practices from the market

  • Continuous improvement in hiring processes including Social Media hiring

  • Introduction of new psychometric assesments at all levels

  • Adherence and saving w.r.t. AOP 

  • Lead as a  HR BP for Strategic Finance Function or any other Functions.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS



  • MBA in Human Resource

  • Additional Qualification / Certification in TA preferred.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE



  • 12 to 16 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years experience in TA Specialist role of a large conglomerate.

  • For internal candidates having cross functional experience of  around 10 years with exposure of GMR group hiring processes
