    Job Description

    - Lead end-to-end hiring across a growing network of physical locations and head office functions.

    - Build, mentor and scale an in-house talent acquisition team with clear KPIs and SLAs.

    - Develop and execute a scalable TA strategy to support rapid multi-city expansion.

    - Partner with external recruitment firms for specialized and time-sensitive roles.

    - Collaborate closely with founders and business leaders to align hiring with growth milestones.

    - Optimize recruitment processes, including sourcing channels, assessment frameworks, ATS usage and reporting.

    - Use hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure quality, speed and efficiency.

    - Build a strong talent pipeline and backfill strategy to support business continuity across functions.

    The Successful Applicant

    - The successful candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience leading talent acquisition in fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly those with multi-city or pan-India operations.

    - Backgrounds in sectors like QSR, retail chains or diagnostics/healthcare networks are preferred.

    - They should bring strong exposure to volume and multi-location hiring, be highly result-oriented and demonstrate a growth mindset, with the ability to drive hiring across both clinic and HQ functions.
