Job Description
We are looking for a senior leader to join as Head – Talent Acquisition . This role will lead strategic hiring initiatives, enhance employer branding, drive diversity hiring, and optimize talent acquisition processes across technology, regional group functions, and ground sales teams across India.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy including market research, branding campaigns, job marketing, referrals, and university partnerships.
- Strengthen strategic relationships with targeted universities via structured engagement plans, leadership connect, and employer branding initiatives.
