Responsibilities include teaching, supervising Educators, conducting training, engaging with parents, and overseeing daily activities to foster holistic child development. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classes aligned with curriculum. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Monitor child development milestones and provide support where needed. Supervise Educators, provide feedback, and conduct training sessions. Communicate effectively with parents and organize workshops/meetings. Manage daily operations, schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field. 35 years of preschool teaching experience. 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role. Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum frameworks. Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills. Key Competencies Leadership and mentorship.
